Per Curiam: This cause came on to be heard upon the application of the National Labor Relations Board for enforcement of its order issued against the Respondent, Prote Contracting Corp., Brooklyn, New York, its officers, agents, successors and assigns on October 15, 1974. The Court heard argument on May 4, 1977, and at the conclusion of oral argument in open Court handed down its decision granting enforcement of the Board's order.

On consideration whereof, it is hereby ordered and adjudged by the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit that the said order of the National Labor Relations Board in said proceeding be enforced, and that the Respondent, Prote Contracting Corp., Brooklyn, New York, its officers, agents, successors and assigns, abide by and perform the directions of the Board in said Order contained.
