ORTIZ FUNERAL HOME CORP., RESPONDENT.

Per Curiam: This cause came on to be heard upon the application of the National Labor Relations Board for the enforcement of a certain order issued by it against the Respondent, Ortiz Funeral Home Corp., New York, New York, its officers, agents, successors, and assigns on September 16, 1976. The Court heard argument of respective counsel on May 6, 1977, has considered the briefs and transcript of record filed in this cause and at the conclusions of oral argument, handed down its decision granting enforcement of the Board's Order.

On consideration whereof, it is hereby ordered and adjudged by the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit that the said Order of the National Labor Relations Board in said proceeding be enforced, and that Respondent, Ortiz Funeral Home Corp., New York, New York, its officers, agents, successors, and assigns abide by and perform the directions of the Board in said Order contained.

It is further Ordered that costs shall be taxed against the Respondent.
