SMITH, SR., C.J.: This cause came on to be heard upon an application of the National Labor Relations Board for enforcement of a certain order issued by it against Respondents, Henry M. Hald High School Association and Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn, Brooklyn, New York, their officers, agents, successors, and assigns, on February 4, 1975. The Court heard argument of respective counsel on May 6, 1977, and at the conclusion of oral argument handed down its decision granting enforcement of the Board's order.

On consideration whereof, it is hereby ordered and adjudged by the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit that the said order of the National Labor Relations Board in said proceeding be enforced, and that the Respondents, Henry M. Hald High School Association and Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn, New York, their officers, agents, successors, and assigns, abide by and perform the directions of the Board in said Order contained.

It is further Ordered and Adjudged by the Court that costs shall be taxed ...
